4th Annual Night of Starrs

A week-long virtual experience celebrating all who are DRIVEN TO HEAL children

Friday, September 25

As the week has progressed, we have been humbled by your outpouring of generosity. Thank you to all who have given, dedicated to #StandTallWithStarr.

We are excited to announce that we have two more to thank tonight. An enormous THANK YOU to Denny LaFleur for his gift of $1,000, and an equally enormous THANK YOU to Lewis Chapel AME for their gift of $200.
With these gifts, we have reached $12,181 towards our match goal of $20,000. Gifts of every size have made a great impact already on the children, families, and communities we serve, and we are honored to have so many Stand Tall with us, #DrivenToHeal and build resiliency in all.

What’s most exciting of all, we have so much more to celebrate this week. Tune in tomorrow, Friday September 25, for the 4th Annual Night of Starrs presentation at starr.org/nos. Throughout this experience, we’ll honor more champions of children, including our 2020 Stand Tall Award recipients—Dawn DeLuca, Mae Ola Dunklin, and Dr. Anne Mortensen.

We can’t wait to see all of you, and we hope you’ll be inspired to give to the mission of Starr.

One individual who has been instrumental in further achieving the mission of Starr has been Brenda L. Hunt. As the President & CEO of the Battle Creek Community Foundation, her partnership with Starr has helped shape countless lives throughout the Battle Creek area. Thank you for your dedication to children, Brenda Hunt and the Battle Creek Community Foundation!
