Sara Sulkowski obtained her Master of Social Work degree from Wayne State University and is a Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner. Sara utilizes a holistic and trauma-informed approach to therapy and applies mind body skills, sensory based interventions, play therapy and talk therapy to children, adolescents, and young adults. Sara applies psycho-therapeutic techniques from various forms of therapy to meet individuals where they are at each session. Sara believes in viewing people from a strength-based perspective and empowering people to become their most authentic selves.
Sara’s areas of specialty include the following: anxiety, depression, trauma and PTSD, stress, grief and loss, body image, life transitions and family conflict.
