Response Ability Pathways (RAP)

Designed for all who work with challenging children and youth, RAP teaches participants how to respond to needs rather than react to problems.  Topics include: 1.) pain-based behavior; 2.) fighting pain-based behavior with punishment; 3.) “The Resilience Revolution”; 4.) connecting with youth; 5.) clarifying problems; and 6.) restoring respect.  This course is a possible re-requisite for taking the “Training of Trainers: The Circle of Courage” course.
