JD House is a fully licensed Masters Social Worker who earned his degree from the University of Michigan School of Social Work and has over 8 years of experience working with patients and families at The Children’s Hospital of Michigan. He has experience working with children, teens, adults, and families coping with a variety of concerns including trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, stress, family conflict, and adjustment to difficult life changes. JD takes the time to understand each client’s unique situation to identify strengths, goals, and to help build short and long-term strategies for positive change using a combination of person-centered, solution-focused and trauma related therapies.
