Out School-Based, Community Mental health, and Hospital Partners

Starr Behavioral Health serves children, youth, and families, with a focus on those impacted by childhood trauma—including abuse, neglect, violence, housing instability, and grief. We support families and caregivers who need guidance, resources, and therapeutic tools to heal together. In addition to direct client care, we collaborate with schools, hospitals, and community partners to provide trauma-informed services that foster resilience across systems.

We’re more than a clinic. We’re a community.

What makes Starr unique is how we treat the whole person—not just symptoms—and how we do it with heart. We bring trauma-informed care, play-based therapy, and culturally aware practices into every session. For many, this is the first time they feel truly safe. We help children who can’t yet put their pain into words—and parents who are struggling to forgive themselves. Our clinicians aren’t just skilled. They’re soul driven.
