Transition to Success® (TTS) Coach Certification Training
The Transition to Success® (TTS)Coach Course prepares professionals to effectively support individuals and families experiencing poverty through a strengths-based, trauma-responsive, and person-centered approach. Participants explore poverty as an environmentally based condition, examine its emotional and financial impact on decision making, and learn practical strategies to foster resilience, motivation, and hope.
Through interactive learning, reflective dialogue, and applied tools—including the Map of My Dreams® framework—participants develop the skills needed to partner with clients in setting meaningful goals, navigating challenges, and accessing coordinated community resources. The course emphasizes evidence based best practices, volunteerism, peer mentoring, and collective impact, while guiding participants in building sustainable CARE Networks and identifying funding strategies to support implementation.
Upon completion, participants will be equipped to serve as Transition To Success® Coaches, capable of empowering clients, organizations, and communities to move from crisis to stability and long term success.
