Kathryn Hart
Director of Professional Training & Coaching and Senior Trainer
Kathryn Hart, MA, Director of Professional Training & Coaching and Senior Trainer, travels throughout North America providing trauma and resilience training to agencies and schools. She also provides leadership to the Starr team.
She has dedicated her 25-year career to helping children and families in a variety of capacities. Her experience with youth and family services have encompassed both clinical and administrative roles.
She has over 17 years of experience training at Starr Commonwealth in a variety of subjects, including behavior management techniques, trauma and resilience training, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and has been a Certified Trauma Practitioner for 8 years. She has also been a program administrator in public and private residential settings and worked with IT to implement and manage electronic health records organization wide.
Kathy has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Bowling Green State University and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University.
