Michael Rosewood, LLMSW CTRP-C

Michael Rosewood received his Bachelor of Social Work and Master of Social Work through Wayne State University with a minor in Psychology. Michael is a Certified Trauma and Resilience Practitioner who supports clients through his trauma-informed and trauma-responsive lens. Michael is trained in the implementation of Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. Michael utilizes a human-centered and strengths-based approach to create a safe space for clients to find and embrace the truest version of themselves. Through his non-judgmental approach, patient demeanor, tactful communication style, and empathetic interpersonal skills, Michael hopes to support his clients in their healing journey at their own pace. Michael sees children, preteens, teenagers, and adults.

Michael’s specialty areas include: LGBTQQPIA+, anxiety, depression, passive death wish, suicidal ideations, self-harm, grief and loss, anger management, and trauma-related disorders.
