Since 1995, we have taken our 100+ years of experience working with children to create new tools and trainings to empower child-caring professionals, like you, and unlock the greatness in the individuals, families, and communities you serve. From individual resources to professional certifications, we are able to provide a suite of wrap-around products and services to meet you where you needs us most, when you need us most.

Whether you are just getting started on your path to becoming a trauma-informed, resilience-focused professional or well on your way, we believe your passion paired with our experience has the power to help all children and the individuals/organization who support them flourish.

New to Starr? Here are a few commonly asked questions and answers to help get you started:

  • Do I need to create an account to make a purchase? During the check-out process for your first purchase, an account will be created for you. Please be mindful of what email address you use, as this will be the account you use moving forward.
  • If I purchase a course, do I access it through my new store account? When a new account is created in our store, an account on our learning platform (learn.starr.org) will automatically be created for you – using the same information you used to create your store account. Upon creation of this account, you will receive a series of automated emails to confirm this process has been completed. It is on our learning platform that all courses and the resources for virtual trainings will be accessed.
  • Are digital downloads accessed through my store account or learn.starr.org account? Unless otherwise noted, all digital downloads are accessed through your new store account.
